Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. RMA reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
An offer of admission is only valid when confirmed in writing via an official Offer Letter. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the signed Offer Letter and payment of the registration deposit by the specified offer expiry date.
RMA reserves the right to cancel an intake if minimum student numbers are not met. In such cases, enrolled students will be offered an alternative intake or a full refund of all fees paid.
Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Applicants under 18 require a parent or guardian to co-sign the enrolment agreement.
All fees are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). The registration deposit is non-refundable except where RMA cancels the intake.
Payment plans (3-month, 6-month, or 9-month instalments) must be arranged before commencement. Monthly instalments are due on the 1st of each month without exception.
Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may result in suspension of portal and campus access. Accounts overdue by more than 60 days may result in exclusion from classes and assessments.
RMA operates a strict no-refund policy. Once enrolled, the full annual programme fee is due and payable regardless of whether the student continues to attend.
The only circumstance in which RMA will issue a refund is where RMA itself is unable to provide the enrolled programme (e.g. intake cancelled due to insufficient numbers, programme discontinued, or accreditation lost). In this case, all fees paid including the deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellation by the student within 14 calendar days before commencement: deposit forfeited and the full annual programme fee is due. Cancellation more than 14 days before commencement: deposit forfeited, tuition credited to a future intake only (not refunded). Cancellation after commencement is not permitted — the full annual fee remains due.
Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80% per module per semester in line with SETA and QCTO requirements. Students who fall below 80% may be barred from assessments and required to repeat the module.
Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty will result in a zero mark and may result in further disciplinary action. Assessment deadlines are strictly enforced.
Students must treat all staff, fellow students, and visitors with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, or discrimination will result in disciplinary proceedings. Students are liable for any damage caused to RMA property. Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on campus.
RMA collects and processes personal information in accordance with POPIA. Information is used for registration, academic administration, communication, and regulatory compliance. RMA will not sell your personal information. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting privacy@revolution.edu.za.
Certificates and Statements of Results will only be issued to students who have met all academic requirements and whose account is fully settled. RMA will not release official documents to students with outstanding fees.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court.
