RMA operates a strict no-refund policy. Once enrolled, the full annual programme fee is due and payable regardless of attendance or withdrawal.
RMA will refund all fees paid (including the deposit) only where RMA is unable to provide the programme: intake cancelled due to low numbers, programme discontinued, or accreditation lost.
A student may defer once to the next available intake, subject to written approval before commencement. Fees paid transfer to the deferred intake. A second deferral will not be granted.
No official documents (certificates, transcripts, Statements of Results) will be released until all outstanding fees are settled. Portal and campus access will be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
